As a franchisee in the Culver’s System, you will benefit from our 25+ years of operating experience in the restaurant industry. We are dedicated to your success as a Culver’s franchisee. Prior to your restaurant grand opening, your Culver’s Support Team will assist you with site selection, building design, and interior finish selection. During your training and throughout your career as a Culver’s owner you will receive continued support from your purchasing, marketing, and operations teams. We also offer ongoing training programs for developing key team members in your restaurant.
Our Design Services staff provides site layouts and prototype building plans for new construction, or concept plans and building elevations if you are converting an existing building. They will assist you as you work with your architect to modify these plans to suit local requirements while maintaining the quality and image that Culver’s demands. They will assist you with bidding and are available during the construction process to answer questions.
In a competitive restaurant marketplace, marketing has become as important as providing quality products, great service, and a clean environment for our guests. Our marketing team addresses local marketing strategies through training programs and on-site visits to our restaurants.
To assist you in the site selection process, we review your proposed site’s demographics, placement within the trade area, and specific characteristics of that area. If you don’t have a specific trade area in mind, we will help you locate one. Our site approval for a Culver’s restaurant does not constitute a recommendation, assurance, or endorsement of the success of that approved site.
The Supply Chain Management department works with our supplier partners to secure quality food and packaging, elevated food safety practices, innovative products, and a sufficient supply of quality products and/or services. They will also assist you with equipment packages for your Culver’s.
Culver’s offers its franchisees one of the most extensive training courses available in the restaurant industry. We feature a 16-week program that includes both classroom and in-restaurant training. Once a Culver’s restaurant opens, franchisees receive continued interaction and support from Culver Franchising System, Inc. in the form of operational updates, training from franchise business partners, quarterly market meetings, manager workshops, and Culver’s Annual Reunion.
